Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VizPy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VizPy provides prompt optimization tools for DSPy modules, including PromptGrad and ContraPrompt optimizers. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various pricing tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account using GitHub authentication
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing date
  • No refunds for partial months of service

Credits and Usage

Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of credits (optimization runs):

  • Free: 10 credits per month
  • Pro: 200 credits per month
  • Enterprise: 1,000 credits per month

Credits do not carry over. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and are reset to zero upon renewal.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal in your dashboard
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription remains fully active until the end of your current billing period—you retain full access to all paid features and your remaining credits until that date
  • Unused credits at the end of your billing period do not carry over and are forfeited

Plan Upgrades

  • You may upgrade your plan at any time through the dashboard

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Share your API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automation or abuse
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by VizOps AI. You retain ownership of your prompts and data. We do not claim ownership of content you submit to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
